Exchange Policy and Procedures

To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we are pleased to offer item exchanges under the following terms and conditions:

  • Items may be exchanged for their original purchase value within 30 days of the transaction date.
  • Items purchased during promotional or sale periods are eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase.
  • All merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all price tags and labels intact.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, accessories, underwear, and swimwear are final sale and ineligible for exchange.
  • The original sales receipt is required to facilitate any exchange.
  • Please note that all sales are final; we do not offer monetary refunds.
  • Exchanges may be processed at any of our retail locations for your convenience.
